Job summary
Fallsview Rehabilitation & Nursing is seeking a Full-time Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) to join our caregiving team in New Jersey. PRN availability is also noted.

Qualifications
- Must have New Jersey state OT license.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Occupational Therapist in assessing residents' functional abilities and collecting objective data.
- Implement intervention plans, including ADL training, under the guidance of the Occupational Therapist.
- Monitor residents' performance and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMRs (Net Health/PCC) and PoS care delivery.
- Educate residents, family members and care staff on safe mobility techniques and exercises.
- Conduct remote check-ins through remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM) for discharged patients.
- Collaborate with rehab staff, including Physical Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists.
