Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Princeton, NJ. This part-time or PRN role focuses on planning, organizing, and delivering occupational therapy services to residents in compliance with standards and regulations.

Qualifications include an Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy and active OTA licensure in the applicable state.

Qualifications

• Active OTA licensure in state(s) of practice is required.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Screen residents to determine best intervention or treatment.
• Implement treatment plans and follow goals from supervising therapist.
• Communicate evaluation findings and plans to residents, families, and team members.
• Create resident therapy schedules with team coordination.
• Document and bill for occupational therapy services as conducted.
