Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be licensed where the HHA is located if required.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience as an occupational therapy assistant.
• Must be eligible for or have taken the OT assistant certification examination.

Responsibilities

• Participates in ongoing evaluation of patient’s functional status.
• Maintains clinical records and reports changes in patient’s condition.
• Documents patient’s response to treatment plan and progress.
