Responsibilities

• Patient Preparation and Examination: prepare patients for eye examinations and record histories.
• Assisting During Procedures: assist ophthalmologists and administer eye drops as directed.
• Patient Education and Support: teach eye care techniques and provide post-procedure instructions.
• Administrative Duties: scheduling, billing, and maintaining medical records.
• Collaboration and Training: work with staff and participate in training new assistants.
