Job summary

Lincoln Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our rehabilitation team in a supportive skilled nursing environment. You will provide OT treatments under supervision and help residents regain strength, mobility, and independence.

We welcome new graduates and emphasize collaboration, compassion, and accurate documentation. Net Health/PointClickCare familiarity is helpful; sign-on bonus and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

  • Active California Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license or eligible to apply.
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for improving the lives of others.
  • Skilled nursing experience is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with Net Health or PointClickCare is helpful.
  • New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
  • Help residents regain strength, mobility, confidence, and independence.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility guidelines and procedures.
