Job summary

Ridgeway Post Acute in Petaluma, CA is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dedicated rehab team. You’ll support OT-led plans to help residents regain function and independence.

Responsibilities include delivering treatment, documenting progress, and communicating with residents, families, and the care team to ensure quality care. California COTA license required; SNF/post-acute care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active California COTA license is required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care is preferred but not required.
