• Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Screen residents to determine best intervention per scope of practice.
• Implement treatment plans and progress toward goals.
• Communicate evaluation findings to residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Establish individual resident therapy schedules with other team members.
• Conduct therapy according to the plan and ensure proper documentation and billing of services.
• Perform all other duties as assigned to effectively treat patients.
• Comply with CMS documentation standards daily with point-of-care documentation.
