Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (School-Based) to support individualized therapy for students in Prescott, AZ during the 2026-2027 school year. This part-time role operates under the supervision of a licensed OT, assisting with treatment programs and data collection.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, help with annual and triennial reviews, maintain thorough documentation, and contribute to meaningful student progress.

Qualifications

• Arizona COTA license in Arizona or eligibility to obtain.
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and data documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment programs for students per IEPs or medical plans.
• Collaborate with the OT and interdisciplinary team to implement goals.
• Follow supervising OT guidance during therapy sessions.
• Perform data collection and assist with assessments.
• Support annual and triennial reviews under OT supervision.

What You'll Do

• Assist in delivering individualized treatment programs for students based on their IEPs or medical plans
• Collaborate with the OT and interdisciplinary team to implement goals and accommodations

What We're Looking For

Required

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

Preferred

• Experience in school or pediatric clinical settings with children facing learning or social-emotional challenges
• Familiarity with IEPs, treatment planning, and behavior interventions
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and data documentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based, mission-driven environment
