Responsibilities

• Attend rehabilitation meetings and participate in interdisciplinary care planning.
• Provide training to patients, residents, caregivers, and families.
• Complete documentation of care within established time frames.
• Assist with clerical duties and prepare treatment materials.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.
• Supervise restorative dining program and assist with admissions decisions.
• Inservice training on body mechanics, lifting, transfers, positioning.
