The COTA will administer screenings and comprehensive evaluations, develop and adjust plans of care, assist with dementia and perceptual challenges, and ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance. Licensure and CPR certification must be current.

Qualifications

• Active COTA license in Delaware.
• CPR certification must be current.
• Experience with dementia and perceptual issues is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer screenings and comprehensive patient evaluations.
• Develop and adjust plans of care to restore or maintain function.
• Complete documentation and regulatory forms accurately.
• Assist OT services for patients with dementia or perceptual disturbances.
