Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to support therapy services at The Willows at Bellevue in Bellevue, OH. You will work under an Occupational Therapist to deliver therapeutic interventions and help patients regain independence.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, guiding ADL exercises, and documenting progress while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0-1 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out treatment plans developed by occupational therapists, including ADL training and therapy.
• Help patients with exercises and adaptive techniques to improve independence.
• Document patient responses, progress, and communicate with supervising OT.
• Provide education to patients and families on home exercises and progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Support OTs in evaluating patient needs and documenting progress.
• Other duties as assigned.
