Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) for PRN shifts at the Zumbrota, MN location. The role focuses on delivering individualized treatment plans under supervision, documenting patient progress, and educating patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

AOTA-aligned care approach supports a therapist-led environment. Required: Associate degree in OTA, current Minnesota COTA license, NBCOT certification.

Competenze

• Associate degree in OTA program required.
• Current, unencumbered Minnesota COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
