Palm Garden Rehab - Sun City Center is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) PRN to join our compassionate post-acute care team in Sun City Center, FL. You will work under the Occupational Therapist to support residents' independence and quality of life.

What You Will Do

• Follow the treatment plan set by the Occupational Therapist
• Guide residents in exercises, mobility training, strengthening, balance work and fine motor activities to help residents regain function after illness, injury or surgery
• Document progress, challenges, and improvements in the medical record and communicate updates to the Occupational Therapist and care team

What We Are Looking For

• Active and Clear COTA license in the State of Florida
• A caring attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Skilled nursing or rehab experience is a plus but not required
