Responsibilities

• Administer treatment programs with specific goals based on each resident's capacity and tolerance, under physician direction.
• Assist patients with rehabilitative activities and exercises as outlined in the treatment plan developed by the OT.
• Apply sound clinical reasoning in treatment planning, implementation, and monitoring of patient progress.
• Help instruct residents and families in home programs, basic living skills, and use of adaptive equipment.
• Maintain punctual, regular attendance for assigned shifts.

Highland Health & Rehabilitation of Cascadia is looking for a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team.
