Job summary

Bayside Health & Rehabilitation Center in Virginia Beach, Virginia is seeking a caring and dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join an outstanding rehab team. The COTA will implement treatment programs set by the Occupational Therapist and collaborate with staff to promote residents’ wellbeing.

Pay ranges are based on years of experience and status: FT $28-$38/hr, PT $30-$30/hr, PRN $35-$45/hr. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills.
• Licensure as outlined by the Board of Occupational Therapy for the COTA role in the state of employment.
