Job summary

Lake Manassas Health & Rehabilitation Center in Gainesville, Virginia is seeking a caring Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join an outstanding rehab team. The COTA will implement treatment programs and collaborate with staff to promote residents’ wellbeing, under state and federal regulations.

We offer a $5K retention bonus for Full Time plus additional Part Time and PRN opportunities. This position supports a compassionate, patient-centered care environment with opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Licensed as required by the state occupational therapy board.
• Ability to implement treatment plans under supervision.

Skills and Abilities

• Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills.
  Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills.

• Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) will hold licensure as outlined by the Board of Occupational Therapy in the employment state.
