Job summary

Your Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our growing family and support Greenwood and surrounding communities. You will work under licensed therapists to deliver high-quality in-home occupational therapy services, helping patients regain function and independence in daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in delivering exceptional in-home care.
• Complete home visits within Greenwood and surrounding areas.
• Support patients recovering from injuries or illnesses.
• Document patient progress and coordinate with the care team.

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Primary Care Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team and service our Greenwood and surrounding patients. As a valuable member of our healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in assisting our licensed physical therapists in delivering exceptional care to our patients. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals recovering from injuries or illnesses.

This position would complete visits in patients' homes thought the designated service area.

This is a full-time, salary-based position working Monday-Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM)
