Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid professional license and registration for the state of practice.
• Provide comprehensive treatment under supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care preferred
• Strong documentation and progress note writing
• Timely progress notes and adherence to facility policy
• Collaborate with all disciplines to deliver patient-centered care
• Demonstrate exceptional patient service and professionalism
• Punctual, reliable and able to perform duties as assigned by Rehabilitation Director

Responsibilities

• Carry out best practice treatments under OT supervision.
• Provide feedback on patient progress through documentation.
• Perform duties assigned by the Director of Rehabilitation.
