Job summary

Therapy Tree is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join a multidisciplinary team of therapists. You will work with SLPs, SLPAs, PTs, OTs and other COTAs to provide targeted pediatric occupational therapy and help children progress in their skills.

The role requires an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, Arkansas? (note: licensure in Arizona) Arizona COTA licensure, and at least one year of pediatric experience. A fingerprint clearance card and liability insurance are needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university program.
• Current Arizona COTA licensure.
• At least one year of experience working with children as a certified occupational therapy assistant.
• Fingerprint clearance card.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat pediatric patients in need of occupational therapy.
• Educate and train patients/parents/caregivers.
• Collaborate with other therapists and assistants.
• Must supply liability insurance.
