Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) on a full-time basis for SNF and long-term care settings. You’ll work under an OT, implement personalized plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve functional outcomes.

New grads are welcome and mentorship is available as you contribute to high-quality care and regulatory-compliant documentation. Immigration support may be available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA (where required by state).
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the practicing state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome with mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Obtain and update all physician orders.
