Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our SNF/long-term care team in Illinois. This full-time role supports clinical teams with compassionate, outcome-focused care.

• Must hold an AOTA-accredited OTA degree.
• NBCOT certification as COTA, if state requires.
• Current licensed COTA in the practicing state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Implement personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are current and on file.
