Renewal Rehab, a Renewed care provider within Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for full-time work in SNF and long-term care settings. You will join a passionate team focused on high‑quality rehabilitation and clinician development.

The role offers mentorship for new grads, supportive culture, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement as part of a national network. Illinois location in Melrose Park; licensure required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT-COTA certification (state requirements may apply).
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the practicing state.
• New grads welcome with mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
