Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - FT to join our growing team in SNF and long-term care settings.

We offer a supportive culture, mentorship, and opportunities for professional development. You’ll provide OT treatments under supervision, help implement personalized care plans, collaborate with teammates, and maintain regulatory documentation to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT COTA certification, if required by the state.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
