Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for full-time work in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting in Grandville, MI.

Provide OT treatments under supervision, support personalized care plans, collaborate with the team, and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements. New grads welcome with mentorship.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification as COTA if required by state.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
