Job summary

Renewal Rehab is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our full-time team in a SNF/long-term care setting. You will provide OT treatments under an OT’s supervision, help implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve functional goals.

We offer mentorship, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement. Applicants must hold an AOTA-accredited degree, NBCOT-COTA certification (state dependent), and an active state

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited COTA program.
• NBCOT-COTA certification if required by the state.
• Active state licensure as a COTA.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities
