Job summary

SustainableHR PEO & Recruiting seeks Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants for three opportunities across Marion, Hillsboro and Lindsborg, Kansas. Roles span hospital inpatient/outpatient, skilled nursing and home health with full-time, part-time or PRN schedules. Compensation ranges from $28 to $36 per hour, depending on location and experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Kansas Occupational Therapy Assistant license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong communication, organization and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered occupational therapy services
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians and other care team members
• Assist with daily departmental operations
• Support development and implementation of therapy programs
• Collaborate with supervising Occupational Therapist to monitor patient progress and outcomes
