Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out treatment plans developed by occupational therapists, including exercises and ADL training.
• Support patients with exercises and adaptive techniques to improve function and independence.
• Observe and document patients' responses, progress, and report findings to supervising OT.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and families on home exercises and progress.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Support OTs in evaluating patient needs and progress with additional observations.
• Other duties as assigned.
