Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to provide therapeutic interventions under the direction of an Occupational Therapist. The OTA will assist with treatment plans, ADL training, and patient education in an interdisciplinary setting.

Candidates should hold an OTA license/certification and CPR certification is preferred. Experience is 0-1 year, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care and progress documentation.

Qualifications

• OTA degree from an accredited program required.
• 0-1 years of experience noted in job overview.
• Must hold and maintain a current state OTA license or certification; CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out treatment plans developed by occupational therapists.
• Help patients with exercises, ADL training, and other interventions.
• Observe and document patient responses and progress; report to supervising OT.
• Provide education to patients and families on home exercises and adaptive techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care.
