Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensed in California to work in SNF/LTC settings. This contract role supports a 5x8 days schedule and requires active CA licensure or in the process to obtain licensure.

The candidate will contribute to the organization by applying clinical skills and complying with program goals, policies and procedures across care settings.

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) that is licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure in the state of CA to work in the specialty area of SNF / LTC.

This is a contract position5x8 Days schedule.

This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Minimum Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) SNF / LTC experience required.
• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license within the state of practice.
