Colonial Manor of Elma in Iowa is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support and implement therapy programs that help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN options with competitive pay and full benefits.

Competenze

• State of Iowa Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License.
• Experience preferred, but new grads welcome.

Mansioni

• Assist in implementing customized occupational therapy programs under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
• Help patients regain strength and independence in daily activities through targeted therapy exercises.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home exercises.
• Ensure patients feel supported and comfortable throughout their therapy sessions.
