Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Successful completion of the National Certification for OTA.
• Current state license.

Essential Job Functions

• Provides occupational therapy services to residents under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• Conducts resident screenings at regular intervals to determine the need for intervention or treatment.
• Identifies indications for evaluations and assists in the evaluation process under the direction of the Occupational Therapist.
• Assists in evaluating areas such as self-care, homemaking, functional mobility, and coordination.
