Symbria in Iowa City, IA is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support older adults in a senior-living environment. You’ll implement OT plans, assist with mobility and daily activities, and collaborate with a caring, interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited COTA program.
• Valid Iowa COTA license.
• Flexibility for PRN scheduling needs.

• Experience in rehab, long-term care, or acute care is great—but not required.

• Provide creative, functional interventions that support mobility, ADLs, and quality of life
• Communicate progress and observations to the OT to ensure optimal outcomes
• Document treatment notes accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with a warm, interdisciplinary team that values your voice and clinical insight
• Step in as needed to support weekday or weekend PRN coverage
