Job summary

Sprenger Therapy is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide in-house, patient-centered OT services under supervision. You will assist with evaluations, treatment planning, and progression, delivering interventions focused on function and safety.

Join a clinician-led, non-contractor team with mentorship from day one, collaborative care with PT/SLP and nursing, and opportunities across a 12-facility network in Ohio and the Southeast.
