Bosque River Physical Therapy, an H2 Health company, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for our outpatient clinic in Waco, TX. You will deliver skilled OT interventions under a licensed OT, focusing on hand therapy and upper-extremity care.

Join a clinician-led team with strong admin support, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth. Hand therapy experience and Texas COTA licensure are required; CPR or willingness to obtain is needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current COTA license or eligibility for licensure in Texas.
• Experience in hand therapy is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills.
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled occupational therapy interventions under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Assist in treating patients with upper extremity and hand conditions, including post-surgical and non-surgical diagnoses.
• Fabricate and adjust orthoses as directed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and functional activities.
• Accurately document patient progress and communicate treatment updates with the clinical team.
• Collaborate with therapists and support staff to provide outstanding patient-centered care.

Your Role

As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will:

• Compensation ranging from: $21.00–$25.00 per hour
