Concept Rehab seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join our team on a PRN basis in Adrian, Michigan. You will provide occupational therapy under supervision and help patients regain independence in daily activities.

We offer flexible PRN scheduling, a therapist-owned environment with 45+ years of experience, and opportunities for professional growth. Applicants must hold a COTA license in the state and NBCOT eligibility.

Qualifications

• Current COTA/OTA license in the state of employment.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
• Assist patients in improving independence with daily activities.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff and other healthcare team members.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.

What You'll Do
