Job summary

Concept Rehab, Inc. in Shelbina, Missouri, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join our rehabilitation team.

This position offers both full-time and part-time schedules and a supportive clinical environment aimed at helping patients regain independence in daily living. You will provide OT treatments under a licensed OT, develop and implement individualized plans, document progress, and collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing and facility staff.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri COTA/OTA license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification preferred/required as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Assist patients in improving independence with activities of daily living.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other healthcare professionals.
• Build positive relationships with patients, families, and facility staff.
