Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver patient-focused treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. You will apply evidence-based practices and help set goals, while documenting progress in a timely manner to support the OT team.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strong communication. Experience with long-term or geriatric care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under supervision of Occupational Therapist.
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care preferred.
• Well versed with documentation writing.
• Document patient's progress on weekly progress note in a timely fashion.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient centered treatment and care.
• Exceptional patient service skills and ability to demonstrate clinical excellence.
• Report to work on time, adhere to scheduled hours and demonstrate professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Carry out best practice treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• Provide treatment adhering to goals developed by the OT.
• Offer feedback to the supervising occupational therapist via documentation.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to deliver patient-centered care.
