Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver best-practice treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. The role emphasizes geriatric care, accurate progress documentation, and collaboration across disciplines.

Responsibilities include documenting weekly progress, maintaining punctuality, and contributing to patient-centered care plans in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under supervision of Occupational Therapist.
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred but not required.
• Strong documentation skills and timely weekly progress notes.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to provide patient-centered care.
• Demonstrates exceptional patient service and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out best-practice treatments under supervision of the OT.
• Provide feedback to supervising OT via documentation or facility policy.
• Maintain timely progress notes documenting patient progress.
• Adhere to goals developed by the OT and contribute to care planning.
• Report to work on time and maintain professional conduct.
