Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for pediatric home health in the Dayton/Crosby, TX area. You’ll support treatment plans under licensed OTs, helping children build functional skills and daily routines in home settings.

You’ll partner with families to promote carryover in real-world environments, with flexible pathways for career growth and strong clinical support. We offer weekly pay, medical and retirement benefits, and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• NBCOT certification for Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in State of Practice.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children in home-based settings, supporting treatment plans under licensed OTs.
