Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for our San Diego Home Health team.

This PRN role serves Mira Mesa, Torrey Pines, Clairemont, Bay Park, Ocean Beach and La Jolla, with a Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm schedule and up to 16 hours per week, on-site at the San Diego Office. The successful candidate will hold an Associate degree in Occupational Therapy, a valid license, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license to travel among locations.

• Associate degree from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy.
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations.
• Valid license, registration, certification or permit to practice in the states of agency operation.
