AccentCare Inc. is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for a PRN home health role in California.

The position covers Bonsall, Vista, Oceanside, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Del Mar, Rancho Bernardo, Hidden Hills and San Marcos, with travel to multiple locations as needed. The ideal candidate will hold an Associate degree in Occupational Therapy, possess an active license, maintain CPR certification, and be able to travel to all service locations.

Home Health Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy
