Responsibilities

Your Role as a COTA, you will:

Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to develop and implement creative treatment plans.

Encourage and empower patients to reach their rehabilitation goals.

Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver outstanding patient care.

Maintain productivity standards and complete documentation with accuracy.

Be a trusted partner in the community, providing compassionate care.

Qualifications

What You Need to Succeed:

Graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants. Hold a valid or pending state license (for new graduates). Acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation experience is a plus—but not required!
