Job summary

St. Francis Healthcare Center in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team and help patients regain independence.

Under the supervision of a licensed OT, you will implement individualized treatment plans, document progress, educate patients and families, and contribute to a collaborative care environment.

Qualifications

• Current COTA license in good standing
• Current state licensure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred but not required

Compensation:

• $55–$60 per hour , based on experience
