Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out treatment plans developed by occupational therapists, including therapeutic exercises and ADL training.
• Help patients with exercises, activities, and adaptive techniques to improve function and independence.
• Observe and maintain up-to-date documentation related to patients' responses to therapy and report progress.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and families on home exercises and strategies to support progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Support Occupational Therapists in evaluating patient needs and progress with additional observations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Support Occupational Therapists in evaluating patient needs and progress, providing additional observations and insights.
