What You’ll Do

• Provide home care therapy under the supervision of an OT
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain independence
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)
• Be the best part of someone’s day!
• Part‑time: visit expectations are flexible; most part‑time assistants complete 15 or more visits per week

Compensation and Benefits

This position is paid on a per‑visit basis. The visit rate for this role ranges from $45‑50 per visit. Other visit types are compensated at different rates. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
