Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As an occupational therapist assistant, working under the guidance of an occupational therapist, you will assist in treating patients by following individualized care plans developed by Occupational Therapists.

• Ensure each patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• Develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs, with assistance from the Occupational Therapist.
• Assist patients with all phases of occupational therapy treatments and techniques.
• Discuss treatments with patients and record patient conditions and responses after each visit.
• Maintain continuous communication with the Occupational Therapist, Director of Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
