We are excited to introduce our new in-house Rehab model at Schuylkill Center! Currently, we are seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team of dedicated therapists.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, developing, and delivering occupational therapy services, ensuring high-quality resident care.
• Provide individual therapy services per care plans.
• Assist in resident assessment activities.
• Develop therapy plans in collaboration with MDS and adjust as needed.
• Inform therapists of any necessary plan adjustments.
• Brief residents on procedures and prepare equipment.
• Participate in discharge planning and care plan development.
• Coordinate therapy appointments and follow safety standards.
• Maintain supplies, equipment, and therapy area appearance.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited COTA program with a valid state license.
• At least one year of related experience preferred; new grads considered.
• Patience, courtesy, customer service skills, dependability, attention to detail, and flexibility required.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screening.
