Synchronization Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support therapists in delivering therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment, aligned with professional practices and ethics.
The OTA will assist with treatment plans, ADL training, and patient education while maintaining accurate progress notes and reporting to supervising therapists. 0-1 years of experience and state licensure are required or preferred per the role.

The Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA), under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, is responsible for providing therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.
Must have and maintain a current, valid state OTA licensure or certification
Current valid CPR certification, preferred
Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program
