Care Options for Kids is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to work in pediatric home health across Thornton and Westminster, NH. You will support OT treatment plans under supervising OTs, helping children build functional skills and daily routines in their homes and communities.

Ideal candidates hold an associate degree, NBCOT certification, an active state license, and current BLS/CPR, with reliable transportation.

• Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate with the care team.

Educación

Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

NBCOT certification for Occupational Therapy Assistant

Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in State of Practice

Requirements
