Job summary

Camino Ridge Post Acute in Mountain View is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver therapy under OT supervision. The role emphasizes helping residents gain independence and improve quality of life, with options across full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules.

You will document progress, assist with activities of daily living and adaptive equipment, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehab team.

Qualifications

• Active California COTA license in good standing.
• Associate degree from an accredited COTA program.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred, but new graduates and newly licensed assistants are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of PDPM and basic documentation standards.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to resident-centered care.
• Physical ability to safely assist residents with mobility and therapeutic exercises.
